Booking Policy

Types of Bookings:

Fees agreed between ‘the client' and ‘the agent’ are due strictly in accordance to the following payment structure:-

i) Last Minute Bookings

Bookings made less than 7 days before ‘the event’ date requires 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 2 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’.

ii) Late Bookings

Bookings made within 1 – 8 weeks of ‘the event’ date require 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 36 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

iv) General Bookings

Bookings made within 8+ weeks of ‘the event’ date require 35% deposit of the full fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

The balance (65% of total fee unless otherwise specified) is payable to the ‘agent’ no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of ‘the event’.

v) Early Bird Bookings

Bookings made 12 months before ‘the event’ date will require a 20% deposit of the full fee (non-negotiable refundable) to be paid within 7 days of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

The balance (80% of total fee unless specified otherwise) is payable to the ‘agent’ no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of ‘the event’.
