i) Same Day Bookings

National Bookings:
Bookings made within 36 hours or less of ‘the event’ date requires 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid immediately of receiving a ‘booking contract’.

International Bookings:
Bookings made within 36 hours or less of ‘the event’ date requires 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid immediately of receiving a ‘booking contract’.

ii) Last Minute Bookings

National Bookings:
Bookings made within 2 – 14 days of ‘the event’ date require 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 24 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

International Bookings:
Bookings made within 2 – 14 days of ‘the event’ date require 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 24 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

iii) Late Bookings

National Bookings:
Bookings made within 2 – 4 weeks of ‘the event’ date require 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

International Bookings:
Bookings made within 2 – 4 weeks of ‘the event’ date require 100% of the fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

iv) General Bookings

National Bookings:
Bookings made within 5 –12 weeks of ‘the event’ date require 40% deposit of the full fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’.

The balance (60% of total fee unless otherwise specified) is payable to the ‘agent’ no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of ‘the event’.

International Bookings:
Bookings made within 5 –12 weeks of ‘the event date’ require 50% deposit of the full fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’.

The balance (50% of total fee unless otherwise specified) is payable to the ‘agent’ no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of ‘the event’.

v) Early Bookings

National Bookings:
Bookings made within 13+ weeks of ‘the event’ date require 30% deposit of the full fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a ‘booking contract’. 

The balance (70% of total fee unless otherwise specified) is payable to the ‘agent’ no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of ‘the event’.

International Bookings:
Bookings made within 13+ weeks of the event date require 50% deposit of the full fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a booking contract. 

The balance (50% of total fee unless otherwise specified) is payable to ‘the agent’ no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of ‘the event’.

All bookings are subject to an agent booking fee.
